TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offer valid for India users only.
2. The referral will be in the form Aquacash https://radiantbloom.niitlearning.in/ which can be redeemed with your next Transaction/ Shopping with us.
3. The referral will be valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Check your Email/ SMS for the actual expiry date of the referral.
4. As per the referral policy, the user is eligible to avail Aquacash equal to 70% of the cart value in a single order.

6. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible referral amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The referral amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The referral amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
7. Aqualogica reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that Aqualogica’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the Aqualogica system. You agree that Aqualogica is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to you. 
8. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded Aquacash is used or For partial cancellations, a refund will not be processed as per Aqualogica policies.
9. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Aqualogica solely reserves the right to revoke the Referral offer/ not award the referral amount at all.
